mobiilikeuppa.com sells products to both private individuals and companies. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered online by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment through the available online payment service.
All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details requested during checkout are used only for processing the order and resolving any issues related to delivery unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.

Payment and Payment Methods

Payment is made via card payment.

By entering your details at checkout, you agree to Klarna AB’s terms and conditions (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept the general terms of mobiilikeuppa.com.

We also use Paytrail as a payment service provider.

Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement and forwards your payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.
In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once your order is received, a confirmation email is sent immediately containing your order details.
Always check the order confirmation. If you have questions, contact our customer service immediately.
Keep the confirmation for future reference. When contacting customer service, please have your customer and order number ready.
Check that the contents of the delivered package match the items listed in the confirmation.

Lifetime Product Protection

General:
The lifetime product protection applies to Arctic Shield screen protectors and provides you with additional security and peace of mind.

The protection is personal
It applies only to the original buyer and the same phone model

How to Use Product Protection:
If your protector has an issue or you wish to receive a replacement:

You will receive a ready-made cart link by email, through which you can order a replacement protector with a small handling fee.
The product price is waived – you only pay for the handling and your chosen delivery method.

Order Verification:
To use the protection, we will verify the original purchase.
If you bought the product elsewhere than mobiilikeuppa.com, please provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Additional Information:
Our customer service is happy to assist with any questions related to product protection.
Our goal is to ensure your Arctic Shield screen protector keeps your phone protected — for a long time.

Note:
The customer is responsible for following these terms when using the product protection.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of the protection when necessary.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging.
An estimated cost is shown in the shopping cart, and the final cost is displayed after selecting the payment and delivery method at checkout.
Available delivery options depend on the total weight and contents of your order.
You can select the most suitable method at checkout.
All deliveries are shipped via the chosen method. Express deliveries are handled directly by mobiilikeuppa.com.

Delivery Time

All in-stock items are typically delivered within 1–4 business days, excluding express delivery (within 24 hours for Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa).

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from such delays.
If ordering express delivery outside these cities, the package will be sent via Posti or Matkahuolto with a longer delivery time, but the same express delivery fee applies.

Return Policy

All products have a 14-day return and exchange right.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Products, packaging, and labels must be undamaged and in original condition.
If the product is not resellable, mobiilikeuppa.com reserves the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns unless otherwise agreed.
Note: Not collecting a package is not considered a return.
Unclaimed parcels are subject to a €5 handling fee plus any carrier return fees.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after receiving the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly (by email or letter) at asiakaspalvelu@mobiilikeuppa.com.
You may use our printable withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.
The deadline is met if you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard delivery), within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, and no additional fees will be charged.

You must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Unclaimed Packages

Failing to collect a package is not the same as a return or cancellation.
For unclaimed packages without a withdrawal notice, we charge the shipping and handling fees.

Problem Situations

If a product is missing, damaged during transport, or otherwise incorrect, notify us within 14 days in writing (see “Right of Withdrawal and Returns” section) or by phone.
If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, file a complaint immediately with the shipping carrier.
In other disputes, Finnish law and the recommendations of the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) apply.
